We feel so fortunate that we were able to celebrate our vow renewal over the weekend on this property. It is the perfect venue for a small wedding/ extended family vacation. Plenty of room and activities for all ages. From the initial conversations with Jason, who promptly answered all of the questions I had, to our unforgettable 2 night stay, everything was FANTASTIC. We had 70 guests at the property on Saturday for our vow renewal followed by a pool party. Every single one of our guests were blown away with the property. Highlights: - the beds (Alaskan king!?!?) - huge and soooo comfy. - the pool - was a focal point of our party. It was deep enough to dive, the slide was a hit!!!! - the arcade - adults and kiddos had tons of fun. - the chickens - we gathered roughly 2 dozen fresh eggs from the chickens during our 2 night stay. - hiking trails - i didn't get a chance to hike them, but multiple guests said they were really nice. The house had everything we could have needed/wanted and more. Multiple friends that attended the party were already talking about wanting to rent it for family gatherings. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! The only negative thing I will mention is that the roosters are roosters, so they will make a bit of noise at sunrise, but this was easily fixed with a sound machine app on my phone
The house was fabulous. Jason and David were great hosts and made a real effort to make sure our weeklong stay was as perfect as it could be. Their property and house are beautiful and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are great amenities. Our extended family spent a week enjoying each other in a wonderful environment with a great vibe. Highly recommend this awesome property!
This house is beautiful! We had an amazing time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette party. The pool & hot tub were a hit! Design of this house was well thought out. The fresh chicken eggs were also a plus!

Wow, talk about a PHENOMENAL property, everything was top notch. From the beginning of the process when I had questions before booking, to the time we checked out, the owners Jason and David went above and beyond to ensure that our stay would be a memorable one. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 10 kids, and this vast jewel of a home had more than enough room! The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the bunk room was a HIT with the kids! There were so many kid friendly amenities that we appreciated (step stools, toys, and floaters). The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the house is extremely modern and high tech, to say the least. Lol! The home is only a few minutes drive from Lake Geneva, so we were able to go into downtown and have some fun. I recently beat breast cancer, and this trip was a great way to celebrate! I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone contemplating staying here.
The Sugar Barn was a great space to accommodate our party comfortably. Jason was very prompt about answering any questions or concerns we had. The house had plenty of activities to keep our guests entertained. The house was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend!
Family had an awesome time. The pool and game room were main attractions. Once the grand kids saw the chickens, they went to get the eggs many times and enjoyed eating their bounty.
Jason and David’s Barndominium was perfect! Exactly as described. Hosts were all over the communication. House and property were awesome and as described.
We had a wonderful stay at Jason and David’s home and all wish we could have stayed longer. This house has everything you need and more. It was a great fit for a multigenerational family weekend with guests ranging in age from 10 to 90! We really enjoyed relaxing at the pool, walking in the neighborhood, cooking together, playing in the game room, and retreating to private spaces when needed! We hope to return again!
